Cinnamon crepes

Ingredients:
2 cups flour
1 2/3 cups milk
1 cup water
2 eggs
1 tsp salt
2 tbs sugar
1 tbs cinnamon powder
2 tbs oil for each fry

Mtd;
Mix all in a bowl
Strain batter into another bowl

Heat a non stick pan with oil on medium heat

Use a small ladel & scoop to pour the batter on the hot pan making circular pattern on it & turn to low heat.

Drizzle a little oil as and when required.

Fold each crepes into triangular as shown

Serve with ice cream or with honey sambal chicken
