Lacy crepes : roti kirai - no santan

Ingredients:
2 cups flour
2 2/3 cups water
2 eggs
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp yellow yoke food coluring
2 tbs oil for each fry

Mtd;
Mix all in a bowl
Strain batter into another bowl

Heat a non stick pan with oil on medium heat

Use the lacy crepe scoop to pour the batter on the hot pan making lace pattern on it & turn to low heat.

Drizzle a little oil as and when required.

Fold each crepes into triangular as shown or roll them up like springrolls
