My diet.

Me being myself, its almost normal to feel hungry every 2 hours.
Lucky me I'm not much of a sweet tooth person.
I'll just go scavenging for proper hot food.

Imagine this; If I'm a sweet-tooth-fairy-god-mother, I think I can't fly and one of my wings would be clipped due to diabetic complications.

My definition of "proper hot food"
= includes rice! if not, noodles! super big bowl of soup with loads of veges, fungus, mushrooms and tofu! if not plenty of vegetables and meat/fish.

I not a fan of chicken.
I pick my fish.
I eat ALMOST all veg. hehe (no carrots, cauliflowers, peas)

I love RED MEATS! beef, lamb, mutton, I love them all!!! muahahaha

So mixed vegetable is a NO NO *shakes head* I hate the smell and it's after taste, they even ruined the actual good taste and smell of the corns too. So I won't eat the corns from a mix-veges pack.

My favorite quick meal would be "Mi-Maggie" curry flavored.
Due to health reasons, I have to chop it off my regular diet.

Imagine me, having instant brown rice beverage.
I almost puke at the thought of it at 1st.
I felt like, I'm being babied, cereals are for babies!

One day, I'm hungry at work again, watching my weight, I drank Milo and let my tummy relax a bit and continued with my work.

Later I found myself shaking again, scrambling for food I found myself to choose between having a chocolate biscuit or the brown rice drink. I picked the biscuit.

Disappointed! "lau-hong", I glance at my brown rice drink, I can't take this hunger. I went ahead to make the drink.

This drink takes some time to actually dissolve, such a pain, I'm already famished and still need to stir longer, chey~

Finally, my first sip. Ermmmm~ not bad eh, then another and another and before I realized it, bottoms up, I'm done! Usually It takes me forever to finish a small cup of oatmeal, I didn't mind this one.

And that how it begun, now I'm having brown rice drink every morning.

I've benefited it. I found myself better at easing myself in the morning, I rarely have a constipated problem thou but now its the "more satisfied" feeling. :p

I didn't find myself rushing urgently for lunch anymore. :) I no longer feel my portion is not enough anymore.
I felt more satisfied with the normal people 1 portion. (my servings was usually 2-3 persons portion).

Thats why I "Fei -Fei-gumok but "sui-sui"

I'm only an overweight-cannot-fly-fairy-god-mother. LOL

Now, just by having my drink in the morning, and lesser lunch, still, I no more need to rush home feeling like fainting due to hunger.

Wah! So good! It even makes you feel relaxed, calming after effect.

Except for the calming effect. I'm loving it. I'm now sleepy/stoned 24/7
